Welcome to Para Selling! By accessing our website ("para.ac") or joining our Discord server ("Para Selling"), you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

Throughout these Terms, "Para," "Para Selling," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Para Selling. "Services" refer to the services provided by Para Selling to users.

User Conduct:

Users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner while using our services. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior towards other users or our staff will not be tolerated.
Users are responsible for the content they upload or share on our platform. Any content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy laws, or our community guidelines will be removed, and users may face account termination.
All content uploaded or shared by users on our platform remains the intellectual property of the respective owners. By uploading or sharing content, users grant Para Selling a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing our services.

Payment Policy:

All PayPal payments must be sent via Friends & Family without any accompanying note. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the refund of the payment, and any additional fees incurred will be the responsibility of the sender. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Any individual found falsifying payment screenshots or engaging in fraudulent activities related to payments will be permanently banned from our services without the possibility of reinstatement.
Excess amounts sent beyond the specified payment will be considered a donation to the server owners and will not be refunded.
Persistent spamming or pestering of staff members after payment, regarding the delivery of products, may result in muting or banning from the server.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be issued in cases where the issue lies with our services.
Refunds will only be issued if a vouch (review) has been submitted after receiving your Product.
In the event of a product running out of stock after payment, a full refund will be provided.
If you are blacklisted from our service, we have the right to refuse a refund if you circumvent this block.
Any refunds make to your external wallet is possible but with 40% refund charges fees, but this is only the case if you have deposited money into your balance.

Server Boosts Policy:

We do not provide warranties for our tokens or server boosts. All tokens and boosts are guaranteed to be fully functional at the time of delivery.
In the event of Discord mass revoking or banning booster tokens, we are unable to replace or refund any items, as this is beyond our control.
We are not responsible for tokens or boosts being removed from servers due to anti-raid bots or other mechanisms. Replacement or refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Nitro Gifts Policy:

To get replacement on Nitro Gifts, you have to provide all important proofs which is mentioned.

Record a video proof while claiming your Nitro Gift Link.
Show Account E-Mail on same Video after claimed Nitro.
Send Screenshots of Discord you received on same E-Mail of revoke.
No replacement if Discord revoke waves hit.
Revoke warranty for 16 days.
Don't stack more than 2 Nitro Credit in 1 Account.

GTA Accounts Policy:

To get replacement on GTA Accounts, you have to provide some important proofs which is mentioned.

Record a video proof while logging into your Account.
Show Account E-Mail on same Video after logging into Account.
Send Screenshots of 2FA enabled on Epic Games, Rockstar Games, and Webmail.
No replacement if 2FA was not activated via an Authenticator App on ALL Platforms and Warranty time has passed.

Dispute Resolution:

Para Selling reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts in the event of violations of the Terms of Service or engaging in illegal activities.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Europe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Responsibility:

We are not responsible if your account get restricted, banned or similar.
Once a product has been delivered, we are no longer responsible for it.

Limitation of Liability:

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Para Selling from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the services, including but not limited to, legal fees and expenses.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Para Selling shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Para Selling reserves the right to update or modify the Terms of Service at any time, with notice to users of any significant changes.
